For our incoming office in Playa del Carmen (Mexico) we are looking for a

Trainee Operations Management Mexico and Central America (m/f/d)

Tasks

• 
  Cooperation with the service providers in the target area
  
• 
  Elaboration of customized offers (product planning, price calculation, preparation of offers)
  
• 
  Support of our sales offices in Frankfurt and Utrecht
  
• 
  Maintenance and updating of data in our booking system
  
• 
  Accompanying our tour groups through Mexico and Central America
  
• 
  Organization of optional leisure activities
  

Requirements

• 
  Graduate (m/f/d) in economics or tourism management
  
• 
  First relevant practical experience
  
• 
  German language skills on native level, very good English and Spanish skills
  
• 
  Experienced in traveling and interested in culture, history and nature of Mexico & Central America
  
• 
  Patient, tolerant and open-minded towards new things
  
• 
  You are a problem solver and are not deterred by challenges
  
• 
  High motivation, ability to work in a team, confident appearance and a high degree of flexibility round off your profile
  
• 
  Knowledge of Mexico and Central America is an advantage
