Mission

Your role: DACH Clinical Application Specialist

As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our installed base and ensuring deepLive adoption across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). You will be the primary contact for the German-speaking market, guiding clients through every stage of their journey.

• Customer Onboarding
• Coordinate reception and commissioning of our deepLive system on customer side (hospitals, clinics and private practitioners).
• Organize and lead training sessions to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Customer Success
• Foster long-term relationships and provide continuous support to maximize system usage.
• Monitor and enhance clients’ technical and clinical competencies.
• Co-create and lead user clubs and workshops at congresses and facilitate best practice sharing.
• Customer Support
• Provide first-level technical support to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and global technical support teams.
  
  

Remote position with frequent travel across the DACH region and to our headquarters in Paris.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Application Specialist, Customer Success, or Technical Support) or impactful internships in the medical technology or healthcare.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of DACH region’s cultural and regulatory requirements.
• Solid knowledge of medical technology products and the ability to quickly understand complex solutions.
• Excellent presentation and training skills to guide clients in adopting deepLive.
• Strong relationship management skills, with a dual competence in both clinical and commercial areas.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
