We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Business Process Architect (f/m/d) to join our Business Process Management Team. In this role, you will deliver an organisation-wide goal to analyse, optimise and document our E2E business processes.

The responsibilities of this role include identifying areas for improvement, ideation, designing solution pathways, assessing their effectiveness and recording those processes and their connections.

Candidates should possess proficiency in process and data analysis, project management, and a thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

This position will be based preferably in our Frankfurt office.

What You Will Do

• Capture, understand, identify and analyse business processes requiring enhancement
• Develop and design improved procedures and policies
• Develop and adhere to AllianzGI documentation framework, including creation and ongoing maintenance of the Business Process Inventory (BPI)
• Ensure continued alignment with teams within AllianzGI who are leveraging BPI as a data source to avoid duplication and to ensure we have transparency regarding their dependencies
• Provide support for Process Owners in regard to process documentation via the global platform, guiding execution and overseeing data quality through attestation
• Collaborate with all levels of the organisation to identify simplification opportunities and support in breaking down of silos
• Communication of BPM framework and individual improvement proposals across the organisation and to varying levels of seniority
• Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate the status quo and to forecast the impact of recommended changes
• Preparation of business cases and clear, actionable plans for solution proposals
• Post-implementation follow-ups to validate improvements
• Provide coaching/guidance to staff regarding process methodologies and internal standards/policies, including process mapping
• Track, analyse, and interpret data for management reporting
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization about process changes
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven work experience in the field of continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and lead projects
• Proficiency in measurement analysis and statistical methods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in business case creation and financial impact analysis
• Asset Management business value chain understanding
• Preferably has the ability to coach business experts on BPM methods
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is advantageous
