About the Role

We are supporting in-house Legal, Risk, and Compliance departments on their digital transformation journeys-helping them become agile, strategic enablers within their organizations

As a

Solution Architect

with expertise in ServiceNow, you will play a key role in both the presales and delivery phases of ServiceNow implementation projects. You’ll be responsible for leading engagements, guiding teams, and ensuring technical solutions are delivered effectively and aligned with client needs-particularly in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) space

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor, translating business challenges into practical, scalable ServiceNow solutions

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Serve as a trusted advisor across all levels of client organizations
  
• 
  Lead IRM-focused ServiceNow engagements, including Third-Party Risk and Privacy Management
  
• 
  Guide solution design, delivery planning, and implementation efforts
  
• 
  Support the sales process through technical consultation and proposal creation
  
• 
  Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, alignment, and customer satisfaction
  
• 
  Collaborate with both sales and delivery teams, acting as a liaison between business and technology
  
• 
  Participate in industry events, workshops, and executive briefings
  
• 
  Advocate Agile/SCRUM practices in delivery and foster team collaboration
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  5+ years
  
  of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including significant exposure to IRM
  
• 
  ServiceNow Administrator certification required; additional micro-certifications or implementation specialist credentials are highly desirable
  
• 
  Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  
• 
  Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase projects in client environments
  
• 
  Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with ServiceNow application development
  
• 
  Consulting mindset with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  
• 
  Ability to work across global teams and delivery models
  
• 
  Business fluency in both
  
  German
  
  and
  
  English
  
  is essential
  
• 
  You must have the legal right to work in Germany
