As the Global HR Controlling & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) / Part-time 50-70%, you will take the driver's seat for our global HR controlling and play a crucial role in shaping our HR world. Working within our Global HR team, you will be the responsible person for steering all HR controlling, budgeting and people analytics activities.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • HR Budgeting: Steering and monitoring of the global HR budget process by acting as the point of contact for our internal business stakeholder and collaborating with our departments and countries to collect, streamline and calculate the personnel budget planning process
  • HR Forecasting: Shaping and driving of our HR forecast and Year-End-Estimate process throughout the fiscal year
  • Workforce Planning: Strategic headcount and FTE planning on a global level
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Develop and monitor key HR performance indicators, Managing of (ad hoc) analytics requests and addressing stakeholder long-term needs to drive insights for HR partners by building and using dashboards and HR systems data
  • Project work for continuous process improvement: Lead and participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing the current controlling and data analytics processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, conduct thorough analyses, and propose innovative solutions that align with the evolving needs of our dynamic organization.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal policies and identify HR related risks
  • Strategic Roadmap: Provide HR insights to support strategic business planning. Drive and participate in HR strategy development and monitor its implementation.
  • Global HR Initiatives: Assist in global HR initiatives and projects related to employee data, such as market development opportunities or reporting dashboard implementations

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related business field
  • Proven experience in (HR) controlling, budgeting, and/or data analytics, preferably in a global environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and data analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Tableau), as well as MS Excel
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on both reliable and efficient work results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • A people enthusiast who is eager to bring in new ideas :-)
