The advertised position is a versatile and varied role that requires exceptional analytical and communication skills

As an Associate in Real Estate, you will work within a fast-growing and internationally oriented company, often in close collaboration with colleagues from London

Responsibilities:

• 
  Working within the team on the initiation and execution of Real Estate Debt Advisory and Financial Restructuring transactions
  
• 
  Analyzing and preparing financing projects (Senior, Junior, Mezzanine) concerning financing structure, securities, cash flows, risks, and pricing
  
• 
  Creating presentation documents (Teaser, Bank Book, Investment Memorandum, etc.) and presentations
  
• 
  Supporting in structuring as well as coordinating and managing all internal and external parties along the entire financing process
  
• 
  Creating complex operational/financial models
  
• 
  Preparing company and property valuations and accompanying due diligence processes
  
• 
  Actively assisting in the preparation of pitches
  

Requirements:

• 
  Completed degree in economics with excellent academic performance
  
• 
  More than 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Private Debt
  
• 
  Knowledge of the real estate market, key players, activities, products, and services
  
• 
  Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, high resilience, motivation, and teamwork
  
• 
  Fluent in German and English, confident in presentations and negotiations
  
• 
  Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
