Tasks

Your tasks in our Team:

• Brand management: Develop the brand, ensuring a consistent brand presence worldwide
• Team leadership: Lead the Team, fostering a motivating team culture, as well as continuous learning and professional development of the 6 team members
• Campaign and content management: Develop creative B2B communication strategies, manage campaigns (online/offline), create and implement content
• CRM and email marketing: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer retention, manage CRM systems and processes, as well as performance analysis
• Performance measurement: Drive continuous optimisation by defining KPIs and analyse the performance of marketing activities
• Project management: Oversee digital and analogue marketing projects (websites, social media, online/email marketing, publications, promotional materials, events and trade shows)
• Central point of contact: Collaborating with internal teams, bringing innovative ideas, actively participating in project implementation, coordinating with service providers
  
  

Requirements

You have the following:

• Completed degree in Marketing/Advertising or comparable qualification and relevant professional experience
• Extensive experience in marketing, as well as several years of leadership experience, with the ability to foster team member engagement and development through coaching
• Experience in the industrial sector, ideally within air freight/logistics
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive progress
• Energetic personality capable of giving the Team new direction; enthusiasm for new ideas and the ability to motivate and empower others
• Hands-on mentality, actively participating in projects that require efficient and cost-conscious resource management
• Conceptual thinking and creativity, with the ability to think and act in a results-oriented, strategic, and analytical manner
• Strong communication skills, as well as negotiation and presentation abilities
• Excellent German and English proficiency
• Willingness to travel (4–6 business trips per year)
