Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects from scoping to delivery, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.), helping them leverage data to inform decisions.
  • Build advanced dashboards, visualizations, and predictive models to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable analytics frameworks and best practices.
  • Act as a technical mentor and peer reviewer to junior and senior analysts alike.
  • Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with data engineering and data science teams to ensure high data quality and efficient pipelines.
  • Continuously assess and improve analytical tools, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with a proven track record of delivering business impact.
  • Expert-level SQL and strong skills in Python, R, or similar.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured).
  • Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills — able to translate data into strategy.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics). PhD is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake).
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing analysts.
