Manager Mobility (all genders welcome) within our CX Strategy & Solutions department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Job Mission
As a Manager Mobility, you will develop and deploy new mobility businesses for Kia in Europe, analyze existing mobility projects and enhance their business. Contribute to the pan-European mobility strategy, which is aligned with the Headquarter in Korea (KMC) and implement a go-to-market plan for the assigned projects lifecycle.

Job Mission
As a Manager Mobility, you will develop and deploy new mobility businesses for Kia in Europe, analyze existing mobility projects and enhance their business. Contribute to the pan-European mobility strategy, which is aligned with the Headquarter in Korea (KMC) and implement a go-to-market plan for the assigned projects lifecycle.
- Develop, launch and track new mobility services/products within RHQ and markets
- Analyse existing mobility businesses, derive enhancements and deploy them
- Report developments in mobility
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive the launch and expansion of assigned Mobility services/products with a complete go-to-market plan in Europe
- Continuously enhance your assigned Mobility service/ product, synthesizing ideas on strategy, planning and execution
- Work closely with our EU markets to identify key solutions prioritising customer needs and enhance the service/ product/ business model to meet customer demands
- Track and analyse business KPIs to define key action points for improvements
- Lead the development of a customer focused IT platform (CX) together with internal/ external suppliers
- Key driver for a selected Mobility product/ service at Kia Europe
- Understand product/ service/ business development from concept to launch: strategy, business model, CX, fleet, pricing, marketing and operations management in support and collaboration with other departments and local markets
- Scout new market ideas from subsidiaries and distributors around mobility
- Observe new market trends, derive learnings to define action points to improve our existing businesses
- Lead and steer projects across various internal and external stakeholders and companies.
- University Master degree on Economics, business management, engineering or other relevant degrees
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in rental industry, automotive or mobility.
- Rental / Mobility experience preferred
- Experience in project management/ international roll-outs across markets
- Strong self-motivation
- Team player
- High interest in rental/ MaaS business
- Strong project management and steering
- Able to manage resistances and oppositions, finding solutions within the constrictions
- Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality
- Highly adaptable, flexible and able to deal positively with uncertainty
- Great planner with capability to “deliver” within deadlines
- Good presentation skills
- High structured working style
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage
- Good computer skills (MS-Office) especially excel and power point.
