Overview

• You independently advise, lead, and develop your clients with a focus on integrated communication across all communication channels.
• In doing so, you develop and present overarching media and communication strategies and are responsible for the overall account management and control of the media budget.
• Internally, you lead the account teams and are responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all work processes.
• You are also responsible for the development and motivation of your team members.
• Finally, you serve as the interface to all internal and external agency partners and participate in new business projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• You are experience in leading a media team, ideally in a Media Agency, feeling comfortable across offline and online media
• You have a strong talent for coordination and organization as well as a passion for other countries and cultures
• You speak fluent English (more languages welcome), have a high affinity for numbers and have solid MS Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint
