Tasks
- Planning, monitoring and controlling software localisation projects to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the desired level of quality
- Managing and distributing project-related information
- Resolving issues related to assigned projects
- Guiding international project teams (internal and external)
- Negotiating with all project stakeholders to represent Nintendo’s interest
Requirements
- Education or graduate degree in the localisation and/or project management field or several years of work experience in the respective area
- Project management experience and budget handling knowledge
- Very good English language skills
- Knowledge of Japanese language would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking with a process-oriented mindset and decision-making as key competences
- Experience in leading a team
- A proactive and positive attitude with eagerness for learning
- Strong work ethic; commitment to and passion for the role
