Director - Fit-Out (m/w/d) Project & Development Services

Ihre Aufgaben

• Führungs- und Fachkraft mit der Verantwortung für das Team Fit-Out
• Ausbau, Führung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung eines Teams
• Akquise von Projekten aus dem JLL- Netzwerk sowie durch eigene Initiative
• Management der Verträge und Ressourcen für den eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit in den Projekten
• Steuerung der Projektmanager und Teammitglieder zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolges
• Einbringen der eigenen fachliche Expertise im Projektmanagement anspruchsvoller Fit-Outs sowie angrenzender Dienstleistungen; Übernahme der Funktion des Projektleiters
• Unternehmerisches Handeln im Sinne der Kunden, des Unternehmens und der Mitarbeiter zur Unterstützung einer langfristig profitablen Marktposition

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium Architektur, Innenarchitektur (m/w/d)
• Mind. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung i n der Realisierungsphase von Aus- und Umbauprojekten (Design & Build)
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich des Space Plannings / Entwicklung von New-Work Konzepten und im Bereich Arbeitsstättenrichtlinien und Sharing-Ratios
• Gute Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen Verordnungen und Leistungsbildern (AHO, HOAI, VOB) und Normen (DIN) sowie dem Stand der Technik (a.a.R.d.T)
• Erfahrung im Einsatz von Software zur Kosten- und Terminsteuerung, wie beispielsweise MS Project, COOR
• Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
• sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Interesse am eigenständigen Aufbau von Kundenbindungen
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
