Job Description

• Inform your colleagues: You will create well-designed and professional documents, ensuring clarity and engagement for our internal audience
• Event coordination: You will organize and coordinate small events and logistics
• Collect and present data: You will gather information from colleagues and present results transparently via our intranet, using data visualization techniques to communicate key findings
• Create newsletters: You will create engaging and informative newsletters to keep our employees up-to-date on company news and initiatives
• Tracking success: You will track the success of internal communication initiatives and provide insights to improve our communication strategies
• Teamwork is dreamwork: You will offer quick and reliable support for various office tasks
  
  

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Economics, Business Administrations, Communications or similar
• Experience: You already gained initial work experience, ideally in a similar role
• Skills: You are proficient in creating well-designed and professional documents, with experience in writing, editing, and designing
• Tools: You have knowledge of Confluence or similar collaboration tools
• Way of working: You are able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a proactive approach to tasks and projects
• Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
