The Commercialisation Manager will support the development of commercialisation playbooks for various product launches covering commercial modelling, operational readiness and Go To Market plans working with key stakeholders from across the business.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercialisation Manager to drive the successful launch and ongoing performance of our new products across the Central Europe region with a strategic focus on Germany. This critical role will be responsible for developing and implementing commercialisation frameworks, ensuring seamless product launches, and proactively identifying and addressing performance gaps in existing products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.

What Part Will You Play?
Develop commercialization playbooks that outline the product launch plan and will include some or all of the following:
- Commercial Readiness - Market research and customer intelligence, commercial value proposition, financial modeling, pricing strategies, local policies & regulatory requirements etc.
- Operational readiness - Support model design & support team enablement, sales structure & sales enablement plan, merchant boarding journey and system updates etc.
- GTM - Launch plan including pilot programmes, measurement & reporting on KPIs, marketing & product marketing branding, messaging and materials
- Rollout commercialisation frameworks across the central Europe region through running workshops for product launches and remediating product performance
- Drive customer readiness and adoption
- Ensure cross-functional alignment
- Train local teams on best practices for commercialisation

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Computer Science or equivalent field from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Typically a minimum of 6 years
- Experience in technology and a good grasp of financial services technology preferably across all phases of the product lifecycle within the Payments space. Demonstrated project management track record working across Sales, Product, and Account Management; accustomed to working across a matrix organization. Understanding of sales management and reporting, ability to drive reviews of sales activity across a broad stakeholder group. Experience driving management reporting and dashboards for consumption at a senior leadership level
- Bachelor’s degree from college or university
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of the payments industry and/or a strong technical background.
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
- Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and stakeholders in large, complex, matrix organisations, and deliver results through internal and external virtual teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - A role model for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment, provide fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at once
- Proven strong leadership skills with exceptional communication at all levels
- Forward looking with a holistic approach

- Up to date knowledge and experience of program and change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Project management experience is a significant advantage but not essential
