What would your role be?

• 
  Develop and manage structured product distribution in Italy
  
• 
  Conduct market analysis and performance reporting to
  
  identify
  
  trends, support strategic decisions, and
  
  optimize
  
  product
  
  offerings
  
• 
  Coordinate relationships and partnerships with brokers, platforms, and stock exchanges
  
• 
  Support clients and sales partners;
  
• 
  Plan and execute marketing campaigns
  
• 
  Organize and lead events, webinars, and educational initiatives
  
• 
  Define and implement local marketing plans and budgets
  
• 
  Oversee website content and digital marketing activities
  
• 
  Drive social media and influencer engagement strategy
  
• 
  Handle clients inquiries
  

What are we looking for?

• 
  Degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional training)
  
• 
  Fluency in
  
  italian
  
  (native speaker preferred), with strong command of
  
  English;
  
• 
  Experience in the sale of structured products, including certificates and leverage products
  
• 
  Solid knowledge of financial markets, securities, and investor behavior
  
• 
  Proficiency
  
  in Excel for data analysis and reporting, and in PowerPoint for clear and compelling presentations
  
  ;
  
  programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python) are a
  
  plus
  
• 
  Familiarity with digital marketing tools, online communication strategies, and social media platforms
  
• 
  Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in Italy
