Your tasks with us:

• Participation in demanding projects in the fields of heating, ventilation and sanitation

• Planning and creating concepts for building services installations

• TGA planning and its implementation for new, - conversions and extensions

• Participation in planning meetings and advice on TGA

• Coordination with clients, authorities, those involved in planning and third parties involved

• Creation of implementation plans and handling of construction projects as HLS specialist planner

• 
  Preparation of drainage applications for the building application
  
• 
  Preparation of heating requests for the building application
  
• 
  Preparation of ventilation requests for the building application
  

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies (master's or bachelor's) in the field of building equipment, building technology, supply and disposal technology or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in the planning of heating, ventilation and sanitary systems

• Safe handling of the MS Office package (Word, Excel) and planning software

• High motivation, personal responsibility and reliability as well as an independent way of working
