(Senior) Medical Expert Medical Information (m/f/d) Global Medical Affairs - #2113209

Your responsibilities will include the following:

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Establish and roll out a Global Digital Medical Information system, including user adaptation and affiliate training
• Manage a global SRL database, ensure regular updates, and train on SOP, legal/compliance, PS, and QA aspects
• Analyze Medical Information Requests and KPIs, reconcile with GPS, and proactively create and share insights
• Contribute to Merz Omnichannel Communication by leveraging opportunities for Medical Affairs
• Disseminate GMA material across digital platforms
• Manage contracting for Medical Information data exchange with affiliates and external distribution partners
• Assist with regulatory/PSUR writing
• Provide medical advice in cross-functional collaborations,actively participate in conferences at the Merz Medical booth, ,and support Medical Affairs operations in alignment with SOPs and policies
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Medical Doctor or PhD in natural sciences with minimum 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical CRO
• Project management experience and user skills with standard business applications (e.g.Veeva CRM/Medical Suite)
• Very good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and present complex scientific concepts
• Experience in design, interpretation and publication of clinical studies
• Innovative thinking, creative mindset, and strong team player with a proactive working style
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral fluent), German is a plus
