Full-time all-rounder wanted! As a scheduling expert, you will always maintain an overview of our dynamic and fast-moving processes in 24/7 shift work. You will ensure smooth crew planning for our flights from FRA. Become part of a team that combines flexibility and professionalism.

Tasks

As part of the crew deployment, you will manage the crews during ongoing flight operations at FRA. You plan, monitor and adjust crew rotations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.

• Implementing and continuously adapting the crew deployment plans in accordance with the applicable specifications
• Receipt of information and corresponding planning of changes at short notice (e.g. illness, delays, prevention, incidents)
• Developing and monitoring (rotation) plan modifications for crews
• Taking over the completeness and staffing control
• Monitoring working time-related data for legality
• Optimization of the created duty schedules of the crews
• Activation of crews to ensure flight execution for our customers
• Main contact person for crews in questions of duty scheduling
• Close coordination with all operational areas and crew planning

Requirements

Do you have an intermediate school-leaving certificate, completed training as an aviation clerk or technical vocational training (or comparable)? Do you also have relevant internships or experience in dispatching?

You also meet the following requirements:

• Experience in flight operations/operations and scheduling
• Understanding of costs/benefits and analytical thinking skills
• Structured way of working and good communication skills
• Flexibility, team spirit and open-mindedness
• High resilience
• Experience in the airline industry or relevant professional experience
• Use of crew planning tools is an advantage
• Initiative and decisiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shift - 24/7)
