The chartered tour business is mainly based on local drivers and guides who have been deeply rooted in the local area. It provides one-stop chartered tour services at the destination for global independent travelers, including strategy consultation, itinerary design, customized chartered vehicles, and provision of destination tourism elements, covering a full range of services before, during and after the trip.

In this Role, you’ll get to

* Build and scale a high-quality transportation supplier network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding professional chartered car operators and driver-guides across key European cities. This includes both B2B vendors and independent, licensed chauffeurs.
* Monitor and improve supplier performance by tracking fulfillment rates, customer satisfaction, and incident reports. Lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure supply meets quality standards and is ready for peak seasons and campaigns.
* Ensure service consistency and operational readiness by working with suppliers and internal teams to maintain product standardization, optimize vehicle and route coverage, and uphold service-level agreements.
* Act as a local industry expert and liaison, staying connected to the ground transportation and tourism communities. Share on-the-ground insights into customer preferences, competitive trends, and regulatory changes to inform product development and strategic decisions.
* Respond to urgent service issues, providing real-time support and coordination to resolve customer incidents and maintain high service standards.

What you'll Need to Succeed

* 8+ years of experience in the European ground transportation industry, with hands-on expertise in supplier acquisition, partnership management, and operations across cities like Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Zurich, or Munich.
* Background in working with or alongside online travel platforms, premium ride service providers, or local destination management companies (DMCs) within the ground transportation or tourism sector.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain trusted, long-term vendor relationships.
* Deep understanding of hourly charter operations, airport transfers, and private multi-day tours, as well as local transportation regulations, licensing systems, and service culture.
* Tech-savvy and proficient with common office software and digital tools.
* A detail-oriented, organized, and resilient approach to execution, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset.
* Well-connected within the industry and willing to travel regionally as needed.
* Proficiency in an additional European language, such as French, German, or Spanish, is a strong advantage.
