Working Student – Finance (m/f/d)

To support our Finance team, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) in Finance, who can assist us with both operational and analytical tasks.

Accounting & Financial Administration

• Support with creating and maintaining outgoing invoices
• Assist with reviewing and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• Help manage payment processes and dunning procedures
• Assist with bank postings

Reporting & Controlling

• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and budget overviews
• Support with forecasts and ad-hoc analyses

Process Optimization & Team Collaboration

• Actively participate in the improvement of internal financial processes
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations and cross-functional teams

What we offer:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
• Initial practical experience in accounting, controlling, or finance is a plus
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ideally, some familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Datev, Exact)
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in German and English

Your ticket:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in finance or business administration
• At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting or controlling; experience in a consulting or service company is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of accounting and ERP systems such as Datev or Exact
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and high communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in German and English is required
