We at LPA are looking for you as a Receptionist (m/f/d) to join our team in the heart of Frankfurt's banking district. At our reception desk, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, visitors and customers - and make sure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable here.

• First impressions count: You greet our employees, visitors and customers from the banking and financial services sector - always with a smile and a friendly word. You are our face at reception and create WOW moments.
• Meeting rooms & catering: You prepare meeting rooms for internal and external events. Whether it's healthy snacks, perfectly brewed coffee or workshop materials ready to hand - you have everything under control.
• Office organisation: You order consumables and office materials, help the team to ensure that workstations are set up perfectly and support the organisation of meeting rooms. Can you multitask? You can!
• Create feel-good moments: Whether it's team events, feel-good activities or small surprises - you organise, coordinate and ensure that everyone feels at home with us.
• Event planning: You will support the planning and realisation of workshops, events and meetings - both internal and external.

• Languages: You speak German and English very well - MS Office is not foreign to you either.
