Overview:


We are seeking an experienced

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

to join a dynamic HR-IT team at a well-established company headquartered near Frankfurt am Main. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SuccessFactors implementations and a passion for delivering high-quality HR technology solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on HR digital transformation projects
  

• 
  Design, configure, and integrate SAP SF modules with SAP BTP, CPI, and P2P systems
  

• 
  Present technical solutions and improvements to key stakeholders
  

• 
  Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and user training
  

Required Qualifications:

• 
  SAP SuccessFactors certifications in:
  
  Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting (REC), Onboarding (ONB), Learning (LMS), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation (COMP), and Variable Pay (VP)
  

• 
  3-5 years of hands-on implementation experience across these modules
  

• 
  Proficiency with
  
  SAP BTP
  
  ,
  
  SAP CPI
  
  , and
  
  P2P integrations
  

• 
  Native German speaker
  

• 
  Based near
  
  Frankfurt am Main
  
  or willing to relocate
