In your role as Asset Management Analyst you will evaluate and present complex data that will assist with managing, exploiting, and redeveloping portfolios in order to maximize growth. This job is part of the Investor Asset Management job function. Together with a team of professionals you will be responsible for strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative investment opportunities.What You’ll Do:
  • Optimize advanced cash flow distribution through tenant management, securing rent levels and cash control.
  • Review high-value performance fees, cost reductions, and value growth by optimizing rental income to lower the risk profile.
  • Evaluate market data and assist with developing marketing and property management strategies.
  • Support the implementation of asset business plans such as the repositioning properties to increase their future value.
  • Work with Sr. property accountants to create asset management reports. Assess the performance of local property managers, in collaboration with the asset manager, and make recommendations.
  • Provide input for the property valuations process and carefully check valuations.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Manage by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Services & Excellence).
  • Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines such as the regular evaluation of property managers and the regular evaluation of tenant satisfaction.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
  • Communicate with external service providers such as property managers as well as with internal colleagues from the portfolio management and accounting teams.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise way.
