Job Summary

• 
  Manage and drive the sales activity for the services within the Sprachcaffe / GEOS family of schools
  
• Provide key market analysis for new product development and marketing strategies
  

Your tasks

• 
  Maintain good relations with existing study abroad agents and other channels
  
• 
  Keep the database (CRM) and other records of agreement and correspondence
  
• 
  Assist in the recruitment of new students, agents etc
  
• 
  Respond to enquiries from agents and students
  
• 
  Assist in the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures, websites and social media
  
• 
  Attend promotional trips, trade fairs and visit agents at their offices
  
• 
  Deliver market analysis, produce statistical data on students and agents
  

Requirements

• 
  Well-educated graduate
  
• 
  An understanding of foreign cultures
  
• 
  Very good level spoken and written
  
  Korean
  
  , English and/or other languages
  
• 
  Excellent communication/presentation skills, charming, smart dress, with outgoing personality
  
• 
  Hardworking, bright and friendly, creative and imaginative
  
• 
  Prepared to work and travel independently
  
• 
  Commercial approach, negotiation skills, and a tenacious approach to getting the 'deal'
  
• 
  Able to deliver market analysis to inform sales, product development and strategic goals
  
• 
  Understanding of profitability
  
• 
  Experience in developing existing business as well as generating new business
  
• 
  Organization and IT skills, well-structured and meticulous
  
• 
  Willingness to learn, able to take criticism and be self-critical
