About Our Client

Our client is an independent global investment management firm with over €2.3 billion in assets under management. The firm focuses on Growth Equity and Digital Infrastructure investments and is supported by a team of 70+ professionals across key financial hubs, including Frankfurt, Hamburg, San Francisco, London, Luxembourg, and Tel Aviv. The firm invests in high-growth enterprise software companies as well as infrastructure assets. This role is based in Frankfurt.

What the job involves

• Assess investor appetite and compile targeted investor lists
• Create and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date investor profiles
• Track the status and engagement level of potential investors throughout the fundraising cycle
• Support in planning and executing investor roadshows
• Disseminate marketing and research materials to investors
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare marketing, due diligence, and ad hoc investor materials
• Help establish and maintain a CRM database for tracking investor interactions
  
  

Who we are looking for

• Academic background in commerce, finance, or a related field
• Solid financial acumen, with experience in interpreting and analyzing financial data
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organizational/project management skills
• Prior experience in Investor Relations is advantageous but not essential
• Fluency in English and an additional European language is a plus
