For us, dog food is more than a daily routine – it’s a key to health and quality of life.

Instead of one-size-fits-all, we focus on breed-specific nutrition – developed with veterinarians, tailored to the real needs of each breed, with one clear goal: longer, healthier lives for our dogs.


What began as an idea in 2022 is now a fast-growing DTC subscription model, delivering to over 20,000 dogs and generating high 7-figure annual revenues.


We’re currently a 15-person team and plan to grow to over 35 by the end of 2026. It’s the right time to join – with plenty of room to shape, real ownership, a meaningful product, and a setup built for scale.

Aufgaben

You analyze our data – from business and traffic to behavioral – and translate it into clear, actionable insights.

You support strategic and operational decision-making with visualizations and dashboards that make complex information easy to understand.


You help us build our data warehouse – likely using Y42, BigQuery, and Looker Studio – and ensure that our data sources are reliable, consistent, and clean.

You don’t need deep data engineering expertise, but a solid understanding of data architectures, data flows, and modeling is essential.


You develop automated solutions – using no-code tools like Zapier or Make (bonus points for Python) – to make recurring analysis tasks and workflows more efficient and scalable.


You collaborate closely with teams like Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop and implement data-driven solutions that move the business forward.


Qualifikation

- You hold a degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a comparable analytical discipline.


- You bring 3–5 years of experience in an analytical role – ideally in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar environment.


- You’ve gained initial experience in e-commerce and are familiar with key KPIs and the underlying mechanics of the industry.


- You have strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or NoSQL systems like MongoDB or DynamoDB), as well as with visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets, or Excel). Bonus points if you know Python (e.g. Pandas).


- Ideally, you’ve worked with APIs and understand how data flows across different systems.


- You have a solid understanding of data architectures and pipelines and feel confident helping us build our data warehouse – likely using Y42, BigQuery, and Looker Studio – even without deep data engineering expertise.


- You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused way – and are able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
