We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Data Centre Business Unit in

Frankfurt am Main

. In this strategic role, you will lead the planning and execution of complex electrical systems and play a key part in establishing and growing a new team of electrical engineers. You will contribute your technical expertise to high-impact data centre projects while shaping team structure, recruiting top talent, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan, design, and manage the installation of high and low voltage electrical systems for advanced data centre facilities
  
• 
  Prepare detailed execution documents including drawings, functional descriptions, and bills of quantities for procurement and implementation
  
• 
  Build, lead, and mentor a new team of electrical engineers
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with quality, budget, and schedule requirements throughout project lifecycles
  
• 
  Collaborate with project managers on schedule development and updates
  
• 
  Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards
  
• 
  Manage and align interfaces with other trades and disciplines involved in project delivery
  

Your Expertise and Profile:

• 
  University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  
• 
  Extensive professional experience in leading the design and execution of major electrical projects, ideally in fast-track environments or high-tech/industrial sectors
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of high and low voltage systems, from preliminary design to commissioning and handover
  
• 
  Familiarity with project execution processes in time-sensitive, complex construction environments
  
• 
  Proven leadership experience with the ability to recruit, mentor, and develop engineering teams
  
• 
  Excellent communication skills in English; German skills are advantageous
  
• 
  Willingness to travel to project sites within Central Europe (approx. 10%)
