IT Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

As our IT Solutions Architect (m/f/d), you will focus on integrating and optimizing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM), Client Portal Public Sector, and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems, ensuring they align with business goals and IT strategies. This role aims to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions that support the company's growth and technological advancement.

What you will do

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Portal, DCIM, and CAFM systems
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security
• Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
• Lead and manage projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Portal, DCIM, and CAFM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
• Liaise with vendors for support, licensing, and procurement of related software and services
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve system performance and user experience
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Implement and maintain security best practices for the managed systems
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing JIRA, DCIM, and CAFM systems
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• Certification in project management (e.g., SCRUM,PMP, PRINCE2) welcome
