Your Tasks At a Glance

• As an expert, you will work with the specialist department to develop solutions for the further development, migration and management of applications in the CLM and KYC area
• Support for CLM Direkt, AMP Services and business partner file document processes
• Further development of monitoring, job scheduling and continuous deployment
• Responsibility for the CML application service, including incident handling and documentation
• Contact person for all aspects of application management in the line and in the projects
  
  

What You Bring With You

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a related field
• Excellent skills in a programming or scripting language and with application management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Automic or CBFlow)
• Experienced in working with IT operating systems and networks
• Technical and professional understanding of customer lifecycle management processes
• Practical experience in the operation and support of platforms and the applications running on them
