ADS Program Manager (m/f)
Based in Hamm
The ADS Program Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering large-scale, complex initiatives across the OneArendt entities. This role involves managing multiple interrelated projects, aligning them with business goals, ensuring consistent communication across senior stakeholders, and delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, strategic thinking, business and technical knowledge.
Your role:
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of programs, from initiation through delivery and closure
- Develop program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor program performance and ensure milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Identify and resolve interdependencies, bottlenecks, and conflicts across projects.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and best practices.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor project managers and other team members involved in program delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and external consultants as needed.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Report timely and accurate on assigned project according to EPMO monthly
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT programs (e.g., system implementations, digital transformations, cloud migrations, compliance projects) or business project (LSS, product,
- Nearshoring or offshoring experience is a real plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven experience
Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Strategic program roadmaking and execution
- Procurement and cost controls on assigned projects
- Resource and task management
- Knowledgeable with PSF regulations
- Knowledge of the financial service industry (Investor Services) is a real plus
- Certification in project management or change management
- Product driven methodology is an asset
- Strong technological background by trade or through career
