What you will be tasked to do:

• Develop and implement AI solutions into our software products, focusing on real-world applications.
• Utilize Python, PyTorch, and microservices architecture to build robust and scalable AI systems.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of ML pipelines, including data processing, model training, and evaluation.
• Implement and maintain MLOps practices for metrics tracking and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Work with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and integrate AI functionalities into existing products.
• Actively participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and documentation.
• Communicate effectively in a remote setting and proactively contribute to team discussions.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years practical experience as an AI Engineer, applying AI/ML models to production-level software systems. 
• Programming Proficiency: Strong experience (2+ years) in Python, with a solid understanding of micro-services architecture and API development. 
• AI/ML Knowledge: In-depth understanding of machine learning concepts, particularly LLMs and transformers. Experience working with ML/DL libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, etc. Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) is a plus. Worked with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures or frameworks is a plus. Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLMs and tooling (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Gemini, Claude, etc.) is a plus
• Version Control & Deployment: Proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows. Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools (e.g., ML pipelines, experiment tracking) is a plus. 
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
• Problem-Solving: Ability to apply AI technologies in a pragmatic, solution-oriented way based on business needs and product context. 
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. 
• Mindset: Naturally curious, proactive learner with a passion for AI and emerging software technologies. 
• Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. 
• Location: Work permit for Germany.
