Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to join our team in Berlin. This role requires a strong background in MEP project management, particularly within the data centre industry, and fluency in German. The successful candidate will oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality work, and on-time and on-budget completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall MEP project, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of data centre projects.
• Conduct commercial management, including budgeting, procurement, and cost control, to ensure project profitability.
• Utilize PMP methodologies to streamline project management processes and enhance project efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MEP project management, with a focus on data centre projects.
• Fluency in German is required to effectively communicate with local stakeholders and project team members.
• Solid understanding of commercial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
• PMP certification is preferred, demonstrating strong project management expertise.
