Overview

We are seeking a talented MEP Senior Project Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As an MEP Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of data centre projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Proficiency in German and a strong background in MEP project management and commercial management are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP aspects of data centre projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project milestones are met
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all disciplines
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and cost overruns in a proactive manner
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report project progress to senior management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable
• Proven experience in MEP project management, particularly within the data centre sector
• Strong knowledge of German language and culture
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial management and contract negotiations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
