Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required;
• Promoting company's new products and service; 
• Training clients on companies platforms and trading tools;
• Analysing, identifying, planning, designing and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights;
• Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation.

Requirements

• Fluent German language is a must;
• CySec Basic will be considered an advantage;
• Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus (Limassol) at own expense; visa fees covered by the company if applicable.
