Deine Aufgaben

• 
  Leading and driving strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement compliance for the Digital Realty DACH subregion
  
• 
  Overseeing the sourcing of goods and services, ensuring value, resilience, and cost-effectiveness in meeting the business requirements
  
• 
  Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and other functions to execute strategic initiatives
  
• 
  Mentoring the DACH Supply Chain & Procurement team, fostering a culture of passion, commitment, and performance
  
• Delivering annual objectives through strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost-saving measures, and enhancing operational efficiency
  
• 
  Being the subregional lead for ensuring compliance with procurement policies and best practices, driving supplier performance management, and overseeing critical supplier relationships
  

Dein Profil

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a technical field, or 7-10 years of highly relevant experience
  
• 
  Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sourcing and procurement of goods and services, ideally in the data center or building services industry
  
• 
  Expertise in procurement, supplier management, financial analysis, and contract negotiations
  
• 
  Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of performance and commitment
  
• 
  Skilled in strategic sourcing processes and best practices, with a focus on driving value and resilience
  
• 
  Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with fluency in both German and English
  
• 
  Ability to navigate conflict with suppliers and stakeholders, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  
• 
  Experience with inventory management and risk assessment is desirable
  
• 
  Fluent in both German and English
