What You Will Be Doing:
As the Team Lead for Solution Consultants at Nuix, you will play a critical role in leading and mentoring a team of Solution Consultants. You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure successful implementation and optimization of our solutions for customers. This role involves both hands-on technical work and team management responsibilities.

Location:
This position will be based in our Frankfurt, Germany office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Frankfurt office for the remaining days of the week.

Key Responsibilities



  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


  • Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical configuration part of client implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and effective.


  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions that address their needs.


  • Solution Implementation: Oversee the work of Solution Consultants and lead large-scale implementations, ensuring they meet customer expectations and are delivered on time.


  • Customer Support: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the implementation and optimization process.


  • Technical Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, tailoring content to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding, both internally and externally.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, incorporating customer feedback into product development.


  • Escalation and Client Management: Handle internal and external escalations effectively to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.


  • Basic Project Management: Utilize basic project management skills to work independently on client projects when necessary.


  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Proven experience as a Solution Consultant, Solution Architect, or in a similar post-sales role.

  • Strong technical background with experience in both on-premises and SaaS software.

  • 5 years' minimum experience in eDiscovery/Digital Forensics/Law enforcement/Government within the Big 4, including experience with industry standards for Processing, Analyzing, and Reviewing data.

  • Experience with using, deploying, supporting and troubleshooting one or more of the following platforms: Nuix, EnCase, FTK, Magnet, Axcelerate, Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance.

  • Experience in leading and mentoring smaller teams within professional services organizations for tech companies.

  • Experience with infrastructure scaling and enterprise infrastructure components.

  • Proficiency in scripting and coding in various languages.

  • Knowledge of technologies such as ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, MS365 connector, SQL databases, Keycloak configuration, and Docker.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

  • Nuix experience is strongly desired.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both highly technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think critically and proactively solve problems.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail in all client interactions.

  • Background in one or many of the forensic, law-enforcement, eDiscovery, and investigation industries is a strong benefit but not required.

  • Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

  • Ability to travel, mostly within the DACH region.



Technical Skills:
