Customer Success Managers connect our most strategic Wealth Management clients to LSEG Workspace. This specialist plays a meaningful role in ensuring our customers extract the full power of LSEG by discovering and implementing workflow solutions while providing guidance throughout the customer’s journey. The role is responsible for successful adoption and expansion of the LSEG Workspace solution within their accounts.

Equal parts trusted adviser and roadmap architect, the CSM collaboratively engages with key business decision makers, assists in reducing competitive risk, and finds opportunities in their accounts. Through increasing customer satisfaction and adoption, create the conditions for optimal renewal and upsell growth potential.

Role Overview:

  • Clearly define business outcomes and success plans to gain and track customer objectives, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
  • Educate customers on how to use our Workspace solution, content, and technologies tailored to their use-case needs.
  • Monitor usage, account health, and growth opportunities to create actionable insights and strategically pivot as necessary.
  • Seek out organic business expansion opportunities (up-sell / cross-sell) in collaboration with business development partners.
  • Ensure customers derive maximum from our services and solutions, using the full extent of their licenses/contracts.
  • Build, maintain and use strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to capture customer intelligence and influence adoption.

What do you need to bring:

  • Previous experience in customer relationship roles is preferred, engaging at multiple levels in an organization from c-level executives to direct end users.
  • Extensive knowledge of the financial markets, specifically in the Wealth Management space.
  • The ability and desire to connect and collaborate with people and build relationships.
  • Strategic & scalable mindset when designing customer adoption strategies to maximize revenue impact.
  • Interest in or experience with Artificial Intelligence and similar technologies.
  • Fluent in English and German. Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in Germany on a weekly basis, and to Switzerland or Liechtenstein on a monthly or quarterly basis.

This role is for a 2-year temporary coverage for a maternity leave, with the possibility to extend based on performance and business need.
