- You’ll actively contribute to the development of Motor insurance products and solutions for selected European markets
- By conducting market research and competitive analyses, you’ll identify emerging trends and opportunities, and help establish relevant market benchmarks
- You’ll analyze insurance portfolios to ensure profitability and optimize risk structure
- You’ll develop and evaluate innovative Underwriting and Pricing strategies to assess and select risks, balancing innovation and solid risk management
- Work closely with our stakeholders across all functions along the value chain – from Pricing to Claims and Finance. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between teams and drive joint success
- You’ll create impactful reports and management presentations, turning complex data into actionable insights
- Several years of experience in consulting, underwriting, claims handling, or portfolio management – ideally with a strong focus on the Polish market
- Well-versed in risk assessment and data-driven portfolio analysis
- Strength in turning insights into actionable, strategic recommendations
- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and enjoyment of working in cross-functional, agile teams
- Willingness to take ownership
- Confident communication skills in both German and English – written and spoken; Polish is a plus, but not required
- Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in insurance, business, or financial services – ideally with a strong analytical focus
