Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Implement And verify DFT Logic in RTL and gate-level: DFT engineers work on integrating specific test structures and logic directly into the chip's architecture, involving scan chain, BIST module, and other test access mechanisms
• Collaborate With Design Teams - DFT engineers collaborate closely with various teams, including design, verification, and manufacturing, to ensure that the testability features are seamlessly integrated into the chip design without compromising its performance or functionality
• Debug And Troubleshoot - in the event of test failure or usage during manufacturing, DFT engineers troubleshoot problems, analyze test results, and identify the root cause of failure
• Cooperate Closely work with the DFT methodology experts and drive continuous improvement
  
  

Your Profile

As a Engineer Design-for-Test, you have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company. Furthermore, you promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work. Lastly, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar domain
• 1-2 years of experience in DFT and experience with specific flows and tools
• Basic Experience with Scan implementation and ATPG
• Basic Experience with DFT RTL insertion, including BIST, Compression, and Custom DFT IP
• Know How to run simple simulations and debug
• Expertise in scripting language, eg, Python is a plus
• Familiar With automation flow, there is a plus
• Fluency in English
