About the Role:

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company near Frankfurt, is looking for an experienced
Lead SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant

for an initial

12-month contract

. This position will be

remote

with occasional travel to the client site (1-2 days per month). In this role, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and management of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, driving the company’s data analytics strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making within the pharmaceutical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead the implementation and optimization
  
  of
  
  SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  
  solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business
  

• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to
  
  gather requirements
  
  , translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with company objectives
  

• 
  Design, develop, and deploy
  
  business intelligence and reporting solutions using SAC to support data analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence functions
  

• 
  Provide strategic guidance on
  
  best practices
  
  for data visualization, predictive analytics, and performance management using SAP Analytics Cloud
  

• 
  Lead the
  
  integration of SAC
  
  with other SAP systems (such as
  
  SAP S/4HANA
  
  ,
  
  SAP BW
  
  , or
  
  SAP Data Hub
  
  ) and third-party data sources
  

• 
  Perform
  
  data modeling, visualization
  
  , and dashboard creation to enhance business insights and reporting
  

• 
  Conduct workshops
  
  and
  
  training sessions
  
  for business users to promote adoption of SAC solutions and ensure effective use of the platform
  

• 
  Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for
  
  SAC
  
  within the organization, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting as needed
  

• 
  Ensure data accuracy, quality
  
  , and consistency across all SAC reports and dashboards
  

• 
  Work closely with the IT team to ensure the
  
  secure integration of analytics solutions
  
  into the existing IT landscape, adhering to data security and compliance standards
  

• 
  Provide
  
  ongoing support
  
  and enhancements to the SAC platform, ensuring continuous improvement
  

• 
  Occasional travel (1-2 days per month)
  
  to the client site near Frankfurt for stakeholder meetings, requirements gathering, and collaboration with business teams
  

Key Requirements:

• 
  5+ years of experience
  
  as an SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant, with a proven track record in
  
  SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  
  design, implementation, and optimization
  

• 
  Strong expertise in
  
  data modeling
  
  ,
  
  data visualization
  
  , and
  
  advanced analytics
  
  in SAC
  

• 
  Experience with
  
  SAP S/4HANA
  
  ,
  
  SAP BW
  
  , or other SAP systems, including integrating SAC with these platforms
  

• 
  In-depth knowledge of
  
  data governance
  
  ,
  
  data security
  
  , and
  
  compliance
  
  regulations within the pharmaceutical industry
  

• 
  Strong communication skills with the ability to
  
  engage with stakeholders
  
  at all levels of the organization and explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  Experience working in the
  
  pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  
  is highly preferred

  Proven ability to work independently in a
  
  remote setup
  
  with minimal supervision
