(Senior) Global Communications Manager (m/f/d) - #2172375

As a (Senior) Global Communications Manager (m/f/d) , you will be an integral part of our Global Communication team within the Global Asset & Commercial Strategy department. You will actively contribute to the success of our therapeutics business in a global communications role, covering the entire range of corporate communications.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute communication campaigns, creating engaging and compelling content to enhance Merz Therapeutics’ visibility and reputation.
• Design and execute change communication plans, constantly evaluating their effectiveness and making improvements as needed.
• Lead and oversee the creation of high-quality global communication material for internal and external communication channels.
• Create communication tactics and messages for all leaders and employees, including presentation materials and talking points for internal/external meetings, written communications, video messages, etc.
• Create briefings for executive leadership, develop messages in cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that content is consistently aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with local, international, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Maintain and enhance our digital communication channels (e.g., global intranet, social media).
• Manage external agencies to support communications activities.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate communication, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in speaking and writing business English, preferably at a native level.
• Fluency in speaking and writing business German, preferably at a native level.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• High ability to work independently and perform at a high level under pressure.
• Organizational talent with attention to detail and a team player with positive energy.
