Are you ready to jump into a mega project (> 2 B€ Capex program, thereof design/engineering budget >>200 m€) to bring in your experience & knowledge ? The race is on to design & build our new Insulin flex facilities addressing BLA (Biologics License Application) .

Your skills could be critical in helping us to achieve our key project milestones. You will lead all Process Support Engineering activities from Basic Engineering down to Detailed Design for Program in accordance with EHS, Quality, Business & Users requirements focus on design to cost solutions & replication for Glargine in China.

Your job, as Process Support Engineering Lead within our Global Engineering team, will be to lead all process Support Activities from Insulin Program.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver all Support Process Engineering activities (Preparation, Tank Farm, Specific Operational Units like Solvent Recovery, …) from Basic Engineering to Detailed Design for the Program in accordance with EHS, Quality, Business & Users requirements focus on design to cost solutions & replication for Glargine in China
• Collaborate with transversal functions (EHS, Operations & Quality, procurement, legal and others) to manage basic engineering & Detailed Design studies with optimized solutions
• Lead Engineering contractor to deliver design on time in full & reach project objectives (User Requirement Specification, Layout, Design Specification, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Functional analysis for process control & supervision, , …)
• Governance and Leadership : Define effective governance with the project team and strengthen leadership and organizational capabilities
• Risk Management : Anticipate, identify, and manage project risks by creating and tracking action plans, and communication to Process lead
• Build and sustain high performance team (internal & external)
• Provide technical support for commissioning (FAT/SAT) for the program in close collaboration with the C&Q leader
  
  

About You

• Experience: in Pharmaceutical Process Engineering Tier 1 project > 50 m€; Experience in managing Engineering contracts & facility start-up
• Soft and technical skills: In depth knowledge in Chemistry processes including aseptic technologies; excellent problem solver and able to generate innovative a digital solution to improve efficiency; collaborate effectively across the organization and build strong relationships to positively impact project results; develop teams for future needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Education : Master’s degree in Chemical; Biotech Process Engineering or equivalent
• Languages : English (Project language), Other languages will be appreciated
