What you will be doing
You will lead your own team and support our customers in complex transformation projects in the role of a lead architect. As a sparring partner, you will also advise our clients' management on strategic issues. As part of the role you will be:
Establishing and leading your own team of consultants / competence center
Taking the architecture lead on complex transformation projects
Developing blueprints and roadmaps for the future state architecture
Advising our clients as a strategic sparring partner
Leading initiatives to help establish / realign Enterprise Architecture practices
Developing and mentoring employees
Supporting internal knowledge management and knowledge transfer
Developing our service offering
Representing Scape at international conferences and events
Releasing publications on enterprise architecture
- Cooperating in international organizations / architecture committees
What we expect from you
We expect you to meet the following skills, experiences, and academic requirements:
Degree in business information systems, business economics / business administration or a related discipline
- Extensive experience of working as an Enterprise Architect or consultant
Prior experience in a team lead role
Well-versed in applying architecture frameworks and methodologies
In-depth knowledge of at least two application domains / industries
Extensive knowledge of current technology trends and their impact on business models
Many years of experience in project management, ideally on international level
Strong ability to deal with conflict
Strong abstract and structured thinking skills and ability to look at the big picture
Driven by goals and results
Ability to interact with management at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal as well as written communication skills in English and German
