Your tasks

  • Execute design tasks and contribute to design projects under the guidance of mid- and senior-level designers.
  • Create visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines, as well as help with evolving and maintaining the Drooms Brand Guide.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to maintain design consistency and clear communication.
  • Apply feedback to refine and improve your work.
  • Work in a sprint- and ticket-based workflow.
  • Support the setup and organization of design tools like Figma and Confluence
  • Ensure logic and consistency in file structure and documentation
  • Ensure pixel-perfect alignment and consistency in all design work.
  • Share your design knowledge to contribute to a strong design culture.

Your Profile

  • You have maximum 1-2 years of prior professional experience in digital design, and you have gained proficiency in graphic design and foundational design principles.
  • You have a strong eye for detail and design consistency.
  • You are willing to learn and grow through feedback and collaboration.
  • You are familiar with design tools like Figma and Adobe CC and have an interest in automation thanks to AI tools.
  • You can manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a team player who enjoys working with others to create great design.
  • Open, curious mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of video (Story boards, animations), good illustration skills

Portfolio expectations

  • Portfolio should demonstrate a good sense of composition and visual hierarchy
  • Projects may be smaller in scale but should reflect attention to consistency and execution
  • Bonus: work that shows understanding of branding or marketing collateral
