As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Area HR Manager, business leaders, and the wider HR & Talent team to align our people strategies with business goals. You will help create a seamless, engaging, and inspiring employee experience. From driving HR initiatives to ensuring our employees have the right tools and support to succeed—you will be the go-to person for all things HR!

As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Area HR Manager, business leaders, and the wider HR & Talent team to align our people strategies with business goals. You will help create a seamless, engaging, and inspiring employee experience. From driving HR initiatives to ensuring our employees have the right tools and support to succeed—you will be the go-to person for all things HR!
Job Requirements
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Be a mentor and support junior HR team members
- Lead employee engagement efforts to keep our teams motivated and happy
- Help managers develop their teams and ensure employees have the tools to thrive
- Oversee legal compliance in HR processes and policies
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members, using our HiBob system
- Manage HR admin and system compliance tasks
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Provide support on absenteeism, sick leave, and employee well-being
- Act as a trusted advisor, responding to internal and external HR inquiries

- A strong communicator with a can-do attitude
- Results-driven and solution-oriented
- Knowledgeable about HR best practices and Dutch labor law
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, hospitality, or a relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator / Executive or similar role
- Experience working in an HR role within a matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Fluency in Dutch & English (essential)
