The Requirements
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Main Responsibilities
- Be a member of the legal & compliance team
- Support digital contract archiving and maintenance of our contract database
- Support general administrative tasks (e.g., organization of legal & compliance conferences and events)
- Support legal & compliance advice to internal stakeholders and training materials
- Conduct legal research to support Legal & Compliance matters
- Review and draft legal documents (e.g., contracts, NDA, PoA) and internal policies
- Manage and improve legal tech and digital tools used by Legal & Compliance team
Your talents:
- EU-based Bachelor or Master student in a legal related field, preferably legal & compliance
- You are interested in the automotive and mobility industry
- You have business fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- You have a good command of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- You have a proactive working approach
- You are a strong team player with an open approach to different legal systems, areas of law, nationalities and cultures
