Career opportunity at our Frankfurt office for an entrepreneurial M&A Analyst with up to three years of experience

Main activites

The position at our office in Frankfurt will focus primarily on supporting the execution of active M&A projects and providing assistance in sourcing new engagements. The Analyst will work closely with all levels within the firm and our network while executing a variety of projects across multiple sub-sectors and geographies.

The daily work will be highly diverse and will include:

• Working on live international M&A transactions and other corporate finance projects
• Preparing and participating in originating efforts
• Building financial and valuation models
• Researching companies and industries
  
  

Your Profile

• Professional, driven and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in the corporate finance and M&A advisory businesses
• Excellent academic track record and successful completion of a bachelor or master degree
• Work experience in Investment Banking, Consulting or Audit
• Strong analytical skills paired with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Stress resilience, pro-active and a passion for excellence
• Team player able to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluency in German and English both spoken and written
