We are looking for a Junior Customer Experience Associate (m/w/d|) on basis of a two years limited contract (with an option to be extended).
The role will be first point of contact for our customers. You receive phone calls and emails from customers ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction and you will have the opportunity to take part in projects to improve processes.
This position is part of our Customer Service Department and will be located in Darmstadt.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Answer customer requests on the phone
- Dispatch customer requests within internal systems (CRM)
- Liaise with internal departments (Support, Logistics, Sales and other admin teams)
- High School diploma (A level), apprenticeship or equivalent
- C1 Level Language Skills (English + Spanish) additional languages are a bonus
- Willingness to develop in a multicultural environment
- Bring an additional language skill (FR, DE, IT)
- Have basic understanding of business processes
- PC Literate - Microsoft Office/Word/Excel
