Execution Assistant
Execution Assistants play an integral role in supporting the firm’s merger and acquisition advisory activities. As an Execution Assistant, you will have a high-level of exposure to specific Industry Group teams and complete critical tasks, initiatives, and special projects related to the firm’s M&A execution efforts.

Execution Assistant
Execution Assistants play an integral role in supporting the firm’s merger and acquisition advisory activities. As an Execution Assistant, you will have a high-level of exposure to specific Industry Group teams and complete critical tasks, initiatives, and special projects related to the firm’s M&A execution efforts.
Along With Support From Your Deal Team, You Will
- Assist the M&A Industry Group with the preparation, editing and distribution of M&A deal/marketing materials
- Research and collect data points and client information using CRM and other external resources; update databases and materials as needed
- Create buyer packs, which include company overviews, transaction history, news articles, etc.
- Attend deal-related meetings and identify subsequent action items
- Maintain files (often PowerPoint and Excel) related to multiple, concurrent deals
- Assist in developing Market/Industry Updates and reports; research industry trends, building a robust understanding of the deal team’s industry
- Plan management presentation and closing dinner logistics, including travel and event coordination
- Assist with special projects
- Assists individuals with origination tracking and organisation; including researching Private Equity Group (PEG) and portfolio companies, pulling relevant reports, conducting weekly meetings and managing updates.
- Assists team with lead tracking by maintaining the dashboard, attending the weekly meeting, making amendments and circulating updates.
- Produces weekly reporting for the Frankfurt team including the weekly Team Europe Dashboard and To Do list.
- Scheduling and travel logistics for Frankfurt team
- Team expenses
- Manages on-site client meeting logistics
- Schedules meetings and all meeting requirements
- Assists with the development and distribution of meeting materials
