As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of our Corporate Communications & Engagement team in the Group Communications & Marketing area, the driving force behind Deutsche Börse Group’s internal and external communication. At Corporate Communications & Engagement, we craft the communication for the corporate divisions CEO, CFO, CIO/COO and CHRO and champion our Group's corporate responsibility and citizenship initiatives. Join us in defining, safeguarding and advancing the brand through impactful communication and positioning our top management as thought leaders in their field of expertise! From internal updates to executive social media, your words will matter.

Your responsibilities:

• Master the art of messaging: Develop internal and external messages with fresh ideas and smart storytelling
• Lead the charge on campaigns: Create and roll out communication campaigns and projects that make our brand shine
• Amplify our voice: Help shape our executive presence on social media
• Become a trusted advisor: Be the go-to contact for internal teams, advise on formats and content that fit the message and the moment
• Advocate social responsibility: Support our corporate citizenship efforts and show the world what we stand for
  
  
  

Your profile:

• University degree in economics, business studies or humanities, or a comparable qualification
• Curiosity about finance, tech, and the world around you
• High affinity and expertise in both traditional and social media, with video production skills a definite plus!
• Ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences, combined with strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Creativity, motivation, and a collaborative spirit
• A desire to learn, grow and take ownership
• Strong project coordination skills, working jointly with various stakeholders
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German skills are beneficial
• A global mindset and openness to connect across cultures
